Yeah let's go on a 10k fell run with rucksacks after orienteering, this is a good idea.. this morning and yesterday were definitely still hanging around but we were both still cheery at the end so I reckon I can do about half a day without grouching out

Damn. Last again. I think I was in the wrong race actually so I don't mind too much. I really need to do some kind of sprint finish practise, and some general training, hopefully after exams finish

I wasn't really thinking when I started off so it took me like 3 minutes to do a 200m ish leg, oops. The rest when pretty well; loads of them were on path bends and gates which was fun. I overestimated how much I could do and was enjoying it at the end so I carried on anyway and ended up being late

Some people were too scared to go past the scary 10 year old chavs at the entrance alone so I ended up warming up three times

PB. Out of all three times I've done it. And I think I'll knock about 5 minutes off because of the crazy heat so that's 8:17 and I'm basically world champion
Came second! So I'm through to northern counties next week :D I think the fact I was still two minutes off nationals qualifying time and there were only two of us in my race is completely irrelevant.

I got a little lost in the endless crags as always, but nowhere near as badly as last time I was there. Some really bad control order decisions going on as well which always makes it a little more exciting

Running race (Park Run) 21:29 [5] 5.0 km (4:18 / km)

First one and it was beautifully sunny so mummsy and I have both taken a liking to them. I still have no idea if that's a good time or not, but Holly was (just) in sight for most of it so I'm pretty proud. Hopefully it was good practise for nest saturday and it was nice to know I can still run 5km without stopping and/or dying
