20 mins circuits at the park (pull up attempts, lunges, step ups, squats, crunches)
5 min run
5 min jog
Achilles ground a little starting off then got better until I had to jog home, but that's what the big book of sports injuries predicted which means I've got the preferable "injury" (rubbed/damaged tendon and thickened covering) which is meant to heal quickly with rest yay
