3 sets of 10x20second hills.
On much better terrain than before (we could actually run, woo!) but I still managed to stick my feet in about ten rabbit holes which has resulted in rather ouchy knees.

Running warm up/down (Jog to/from) 40:00 [2]

Includes time between sets.
