Walk up Rivelin (despite feeling v tired & bloated)

shoes: Brooks Ravenna 11

SYO urban saturday series, EIS/ Don Valley Gren course 5.4km

Wet cold & flat Trundled around, walking when HR went above 150-ish, which meant i never got remotely "tired" (yawn)

Back from 2 weeks in Kalynmos, another amazing & brilliant trip.

CLimbed 4 routes at 6c (only one first go, but the rest, second try); and one (incredibly?) graded 7a / 7a+. Again, second go, even that was off the scale good for me.

So best climbing trip ever? Age 59? Blimey.....

I need to spend more time on the road in warm places rock climbing. It's so good.

17 hours' travelling back from Kalymnos.

7am left apartment - taxi to port - boat to Kos - shared taxi to airport - flight Kos to Athens - flight athens to MaNCH - delay at Man Piccadilly - trains to Sheffield - taxi £10 to Crookes. arrived 10pm. (midnight Greek time)

VERY tired.
