Didn't really want to do this but family was going and it is just meant to be a bit of fun.

Felt very tired but was relieved to see no good people.

Decided to sit behind two guys for the first 2.5km, felt very easy and thought as soon as I picked up the pace they would be gone.

Sure enough attacked got a gap and began pushing. However, never found another gear and one of the guys managed to just keep me in sight and used e to motivate himself.

He passed me and I just didn't care at all. Then the other guy was coming and again I didn't try to go with him, I actually slowed down.

Stopped before the line and walked in.

I deserved to get beaten like this for my attitude haha It has motivated me to get training again to be ready for the Scottish.
