Felt awful (maybe breakfast of cake).
So sluggish the whole way round and never really got going, I think I must ahve been really dehydrated

To and from Tyntesfield

Orienteering 44:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:17 / km)

Jogged a self planned Tyntesfield course. The area is lovely but very easy nav and in the heat I was going very slowly, it felt less like O and more like a steady jog with a map.

Horrible run, tired and not thinking well :( with one huge mistake.

Also control 9 clearly on the otherside of an uncrossable wall. First I tried to find a sneak agte entrance but no. Turns out wall was really low, i did the right thing and ran around, but two old men somehow overtook me on this leg?!? This actually really annoyed me. Then messed my thinking up on the long leg to 15 :(

Ran an old ashclyst map. The area is maybe one of the most overgrown areas I've ever run (like a jungle). But the area is really good full of interesting features and hard nav. Maybe in winter and a middle distance it could be used for a really good event
