This race could have gone either way but I was pretty confident at the start with my aim of running just under 16.

Reasons it could have been slow:
- My fitness is ok but certainly not great (still have achilles injury and haven't been training regularly or any intervals)
- Weather was a factor (it hailed heavily half way through)

Set off far too fast was in the group with Ben and Will just off the back finding it hard but not dieing looked at my watch and saw we were running 3min kms. Eased of lost a bit of pae but luckily Andy caught me. I sat behind him the rest of the way (hiding fom the hail) psuhing on.

Really happy as my fitness really isn't amazing and the combination of motivation and good pacing lifted this race for me.
