Needed the toilet in last couple mins!

Time is complete guess more just a measure of effort!

3rd (fitness run)

A lot of banter starts, basically first couple of k nothing too crazy pushing the hills letting Grey/orange guy get away.

Then lagging on the long 2km straight back got caught, despite lack of motivation stuck with him.

Then last field sprinted early to drop and demoralize him
(Kit Grierson patented move --> sprinting 3/400 metres before the line is such a good move, usually demoralizes them and you ahve room to push again, they just settle to finish behind you)
