Orienteering (Caddihoe Day 2) 1:12:00 [3]
Mentally my aproach to orienteering has just switched for the better. Previously I would get really worked up about local events mainly because I wanted to improve and thought I could do far better than I was acheiving.
Now I think I have accepted where I should come and just got on with it.
Any way today's race was really positive caught Kris Jones at 8 which was fucking weird, ran together till about 15 then I let him get away on the long leg and came back losing bits of time on misses etc...
Glancing at splits I lost a lot on the leg but I think that was physical and messing up the end.
Fun area and shows how with my orienteering I have finally become able to run a stable race! When I get my fitness back who knows?
