Running (tempo run) 19:15 [3] 5.0 km (3:51 / km)

Good run,as we had guests and so surprised I found time to make it out. Also quick time considering ice/didn't know where I was running/lack of stretching

Orienteering (Laying Controls ) 21:00 [3]

Laying them really quickly and got the numbers mixed upon two of them, as I wanted to be back for the parkrun.

Running race (PArkrun) 17:30 [3] 5.0 km (3:30 / km)

Really wanted to do this as prep for SW x Country champs, but only made it to the start with literally 2 minutes and so was a bit frantic.
Was aiming for sub 17 but the lack of a pacer and the mud stopped that.
Lead from the start tried to have a fluid running style and pushed the hills.
Got caught around 3.5km but he lead for 50meters then slowed on a corner i overtook to keep the pace high and he seemed to just die so I kept the pace into the finish, dissapointed with the time but the win was nice :)

Orienteering 45:00 [3]

Wasn't going to do it and probably shouldn't have but everyone was trying to get me to do it and I caved, and proceeded to have a shit run,just no motivation for anything!

Running (Long ) 1:03:00 [3]

Finished my work and was about to start the community marathon but then realised if I doin't go now I probably won't at all!
Ended being a really quick pace, thanks to the motivation playlists on audiocloud.
U east hill - along the strips-loop to the end of fir beacon - back down via the turnip walk
Worked on having a fluid and relaxed styled and maintaining momentum at the top and just after hills :)

Running (to and back) 17:00 [3]

Intervals (Worst ever!) 12:00 [3]

Learnt a lot in this session
-never do intervals on your own
-never run immediately after lunch
-never wear spikes 3 times too big for you

6 by 2 minutes with a 1min break in between each (aim to be consistent)

Basically a huge waste of time, except I worked out which spikes will fit me for SW champs.

decent amount of stretching because I felt like I was going to be sick

My AP looks worse than it is in terms of training. I have been surfing three time since being home and so thats got to count for something,but Iam not going to log it.
