Orienteering (Tess Shadowing ) 50:00 [3] 4.0 km (12:30 / km)
shoes: New Balance 110

They may need some better coaching!

Orienteering (relay) 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: New Balance 110

Could have been fun but even on the worlds easiest course they were still shit and we had to end it after only two people going round!

Running (Hashing Woodbury) 1:10:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:22 / km)

Warm Up/Down (Kero Galoppen) 10:00 [3] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

So annoyed the blister I had got on Friday meant just warming was agony in the X-Talons, I really wanted to try them but gave up and put the more mileson which payed off as I didn't feel a thing on the course.
Now the long and painful process of breaking the X-talons in begins!

Orienteering (Kero Galoppen) 1:12:00 [3] 11.5 km (6:16 / km)
shoes: more miles cheviot

Actual length:9.17 195m
Ran a pretty good course, biggest mistakes came when I lost concentration drifted off my compass and had to take a longer route to the control.
More analysis when results are up.
I am finally getting consistent XD

Surfing (Widemouth) 1:00:00 [3]

4-5 foot clean Widemouth after orienteering:
nervous/tired/cold but had a really fun time and got some good waves that I was not expecting
