Running (Easy run with Joss) 1:05:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:25 / km)

Pretty fun, would have liked it a bit longer but Joss had to get back for revision.
Ran out to escott did a loop back to talaton and then found a slightly different route home.
All felt good except sometmes felt weak on the roads.

Orienteering (East Busleigh Common) 1:30:00 [3] 10.0 km (9:00 / km)

Was a really good session, with far more technical terrain than I was expecting, and we still can use most of the map still, as we only used 1/3 of it.
-started with a relocation game where we would take it in turns to jog then the others had to find on the map where we were and head to the next point. This worked really well, and got us going.
-Then made up a quick course and set off, I didn't orienteer very well, just not really getting into the map which was a bit annoying but also had some good controls. What was weird was the area should have been really easy but because of hard to read vegetation and a lot of complex paths and features all meeting in a small area so it was quite hard. Had to turn back early because of time and energy.

Orienteering (Quantock Novelty) 55:00 [3] 6.0 km (9:10 / km)

Hard to actually guage if I did well or not because it was very complicated score but I collected more controls than Grey, Joss and Alan.
Fun area, 1:7500 scale threw me a bit

Warm Up/Down 10:00 [3]

Orienteering (Collecting Controls) 17:00 [3] 2.5 km (6:48 / km)

Only had to get one but it was on the other side of the map, felt good to help though.

really hard really funrun, got lost, got wet, got annoyed (grey) but got somegood training
