Orienteering (Yvette Baker Final) 29:15 [3] 4.6 km (6:22 / km) +115m 5:39 / km

A part from control 1 and some hesitation a good course.
I ahve to say if it was a bit longer and a few more contours I could have done well. A bit annoyed that Grey is shown to have a faster time than me when he followed me from 1-8 but it made me push some sections harder.
Adam did it in 23 mins which I should only be able to do if I was running it like a x-country race!

Running (Ben's Hash) 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)

Pretty fun, well more than I thought it would be. The majority of people hadn't done a hash before so that wasfun.

Orienteering (Training Salisbury area) 22:00 [3] 4.2 km (5:14 / km)

Good course far too easy though, would have wanted a bit more technical difficulty .

Orienteering (Training Salisbury area) 50:00 [3] 7.0 mi (7:09 / mi)

Did the 2 small courses as one large course.

Orienteering (Training Salisbury area) 20:00 [3] 1.5 km (13:20 / km)

Best part of the day, as we could work on navigation.
Small scale map on a technical area where the goal was not time but to punch all the right controls.
I was first back and hit all the controls so that was good.

Warm Up/Down (Training Salisbury area) 20:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

Jack took us on a warm up, which involved warming up the dibber finger!
