Its becoming a joke now but every Tues/Thur interval training is on but I am always busy at the moment with events etc...
Think I may have to start doing my own sessions at this rate :(
Any way it was the law parenting social today so went for a run with my house mates. Did what was a 10km ish run that I thought would be easy but one of them felt like he was running a marathon haha

Lead the x country long run, ngl pretty slow group but a good route which basically went round the whole of Ashton Court as a loop. May have scouted some runners for orienteering haha

Yes time and distance are accurate.
Got talked into doing this thing where you have to take a photo at 50 locations with a group in under 3 hours.
Actually turned into one of the hardest runs I've done in months haha
We won and I got a discount voucher but it was good fun. But I thought it was just going to be a casual bit of fun around Bristol not a test of my endurance.

Running race 18:30 [3] 5.0 km (3:42 / km)

Did the park run and they had a new route which was two laps of the hill with an extended loop. Good points were I did fairly well and it was good to be there at all. Cons I really should winning these.

I came third and the time is irrelevant because of the hill and fitness. Struggled to hang on to people. Also probably won't do this too often as it pretty bad for my knees on the descent.

Probably one of the fastest and most dangerous pub runs I've done. Matt was powering it and took us down every pitch back scree slope he could find. Good to see lots of freshers actually coming.
