Ran really well to get that time with no training and heavy rain. Also didn't know about the race until the morning of it and so wasn't well prepared.

Ran really well on both the orange and green leg but made a horrendous mistake which cost it for my team. On the green course I lost track and ran straight from 10 to 12 not seeing 11 as I got disorientated. Joss and Zak also ran well.

Grey layed a really fun course, with some good navigating. It was a bit stuttering though as we had to keep regrouping to bring controls in. All in all good fun and training (excluding the fact my legs are cut to bits)
