12km brown course, easy area but very enjoyable run, loved the area and would like to run it again with less mistakes haha

Running race 18:00 [3] 5.0 km (3:36 / km)

Felt very weak and had no real plan but just to get round respectably. Set off and quickly settled into third, was defo going below par but caught second around 4km held him but he slipped off and I couldn' be bothered to fight. Not very satisfying but did it for the fitness so.....
