Hinckley housing estate sprint. Tried pushing a bit more harder but it was tough in the heat and straight after the parkrun. Map was also not being sprint spec. Nice enough though and orienteered well picking short routes.

Feeling a bit ill when waking up, abdominal pain and feverish. Cleared up enough in the evening for a very easy pootle around the rivers.
Some good weeks since the JK but no real downtime to reset and refocus so I'm planning to take this week a little easier to start freshening up and re-energizing before the World Cup. Need to make sure I'm still getting the quality and keeping that good feeling and motivation.

Note

Graduated (finally) from Sheffield today so spent the day with M and my folks then a nightmare drive back. Pretty high levels of fatigue in the evening. Tired after a bigger weekend which is fine, but I don't want to cook it before Sweden so playing it safe and still waiting to hear back from the doctors.
