Trails around the campsite trying out new shoes. Through the woods and along to some meadow. Followed it down, over the golf course then ran along the beach, deserted, no one around for miles and no signs of civ. Back up the dunes then along a track back to the woods and home. Nice run, few cobwebs from last night, shoes were good.

Trains, mass start, 15sec intervals, solo. Moving slowly, near the back, orienteering was pants.

Moving better for this, more map memory than orienteering, slow by the end though, endurance is rubbish. Better flow too.
