Manchester Urban race.
Quentin 38, Tim 39, Martin 39.
Ran a controlled pace and was averaging 4:15 for the first half then slowed by steps around #14-#15 (4:52km) and an overshoot at #18 (4:57km).
Splits show I lost 30s at #10 and 30s at #18. 19 fastest splits helped to compensate for these lazy errors.

Same as Tuesday. All ok. Left calf a bit to iffy for the planned interval session. Chose to go steady instead.

Lodge Moor SYO urban.
Lots of long legs after a bit of nettles/wood at the beginning. Tried not to push on too much, but still went hard at times. Gasping up the hills and felt so slow. Just feeling unfit as soon as it goes up hill and can't speed up after gates/corners. Not sure if it is the legs, the lungs or the head. Got a good result, but never felt fast. Weird.
