Yoga 1:30:00 [3]

Again a different yoga instructor than usual. Session focussed on lower half exercises. Tough again and not helped when I suggested we could do more reps of an exercise and we ended up doing 20 followed immediately by another 20 !

Cold arvo exercise putting out controls for the event on Saturday. Temp was about 6C. Had to get job done by 5 pm as area closed after that until the morning for the kangaroo cull !

Different (fill in) yoga teacher today who did a set of exercises focussed on your core - it was hard!

Peleton of 3 with the return of Paul from the US. Pretty cold and windy day so bit of effort to get going - some sun later but still cold and wet ride. Somewhat enjoyable in a perverse sort of way.

First session for a while - rode bike down and back on a very cool windy day in the heart of the nation.

O race 40:39 [3] 3.83 km (10:37 / km) +52m 9:56 / km

Jog/walk around Mt Majura West map while Liz checked out some control sites in her controller role for the event next Saturday. Nice area - ground soft and overcast conditions - decided parts of the map are over mapped - too much small detail e.g lots of rocky ground symbols when just a scatter few would do. Leg felt better after run than before.
