Had a slight pull groin while spinning. But continue finish the class. The instructor was excellent and very hard and fast.

Running and testing with my ankle braces. Feels little uncomfortable on the right foot. Its probably wrong kind of socks but didn't bring extra socks. Drats!

The ground were icy and frozen that bothersome my ankle. Did run some on flat trails. Had to stopped few times to tie my shoe strings. Drats! forget to put taped the strings. Also, the compass fell off few times cuz the band is too small to use my running gloves. Need to replace longer band.
