SFG-Sprintday | Downhill-Ints

Downhill-Sprints with ~1:50min of uphill on a street to get a bit tired. Hard to push (at least uphill) after yesterday. 4 intervals with about 4min of break in between.

SFG-Sprintday | Route choices

Decided to take it easy as it was quite an intenisve weekend already. Tried to take into acount the slower speed, for example with checking the map much less and trying to force fast route decisions just 10-20m in front of the controls.

HTHS Middle Qualification

First intensive session for quite a while, wasn't pushing too much and focused on the navigation a bit more. Though some small mistakes.

HTHS Middle Final (chasing start)

Started 20 and 50 seconds behind the closest ones before me, just 5 seconds after me started the wave start (runner every 10"). Took the two ones in front of me at #1, leading to crazy speed straight from the beginning. Good run on the butterfly loops, was ~15" behind the group in front at the end. All in on the way to #15 to catch up, and taking some more spots after "recovering" a bit on the last controls. That was good fun.
