Not the best performance. Horrible mapping around #6 (missing greens, path was way longer, ..) Tried to restart the whole race after that control running an easier pace 'till the finish. Quite lovely forest, though.

Joining Laura's 2000-1000-2000-1000 training. After a solid 2k (6:40) the track got very slippery, finishing the 1k in 3:22. Starting the next 2k it felt like two steps ahead - one back, so I decided to do some pacing for Laura instead.
