Pre-Dog Days run to north Lawrence to boat ramp trailhead, and back to 9th & Vermont. Then to Burroughs Trail and 15th and back. Kinda my long run for the weekend. Not a lot of energy but managed. Drank almost full bottle of water with half a tablet of Nuun. 1 gu gel.

Helped with Grzenda Adaptive PE triathlon at LHS this morning, setting the finish clock and banner on the track. Took some photos. Ran back and forth setting and retrieving equipment.
