6 min stretching with Dog Days group, then ran to St Margaret's with Peter Shaheed for 2 mi. and another 1 alone (29 min)

AM - not much sleep, so slept later (til 5:18 instead of 5) since I was working on last weekend's race results for the website and trying to catch the KU game and the Olympics last night. Got my work done, but didn't know who won the game (happy news this morning). SO, drove to Dog Days and with 2 laps jog/walk got into the exercises and calisthenics.
