Clinton trails w/ Damon. Actually we started then he took off. Pretty much Galloway intervals (varied 90/30 sec, or dbl paces of 80/20 or 40/40, etc.) adjusting to terrain and how I felt. Nice to be back at Clinton.

Mostly in zone 3 and another 20% in zone 4 (on Garmin heart rate zone readings).
