Wet and cold roadie ride. Wind up to 20mph, my fingers and toes are corpsicles! And I have shit all over my face! Shitface! Almost got hit by a car because the guy was being a douchebag and swerved towards us on purpose. There are some messed up people in this world!

Just upper body and core today. Letting the legs rest after a three day beating. Did Sally leg lifts and Sally planks...my abs are burning!

Waterfall Glen limestone trail run. Frozen toes for most of it and at mile 8 they thawed out so I could feel my toenail stabbing my toe. Bloody toe and sock at the finish!

Brutal bootcamp today! The instructor made me use a heavier kettlebell, tighter ankle bands, thicker and heavier ropes (from a freaking cruise ship), and partnered resistance sprints which he was was my partner so he made sure to put all his weight into it so I could barely move! I'm going to sleep good tonight!
