Same as last thursday- plate circuits, hurdles & MB slams, planks & push down abs.
Place where i got cramp in my leg yesterday on the coach huuuurts. also knee was not really loving life, but I guess 2 races sooo maybe to be expected

BUCS relays, 1st leg. feeling about 0/10 on the start line, but as soon as I started running it wasn't too bad. Didn't see anyone at all after I got to the start kite first, pretty clean and pushing on, then struuuuggle central up the hill for the run through. Had a reasonable lead, but this all went totes out the window when I completely overshot such a simple control #15 just before the finish. lost 2mins and saw like 4 teams go past. then killed myself up the last hill to try and regain some lost time and places, so finished just a lil bit off the 1st girl. Zoe and Shallot both did awesome to get the win:)

BUCS Indv- nice runnable forest, but quiiiite a lot of mud in places!!! #struggle
On my own for the whole thing which was prooobably a good thing for me haha, but sometimes did struggle to keep going. Generally... not a totally terrible run, but just not very clean! Lots of small (ish) mistakes. Route choice to 3 wasn't great (~40s). Then just losing ~30s on too many controls! #5, #8, #9, #10... getting close to the controls but never quite finding them! :// also messed up the spectator & the one after, followed by losing 1min confusing myself on #14, and going to about 3 wrong pits before I found #16; another 1min lost! Anywayz. probs could have gone worse, quite surprised to find I came 4th.
Enjoyed it a lot though and was buzzin for Sasha & Shallot winning mens & womens! :):):):)
