having problems with the arch of my foot towards the end of the corridor. tried jogging to warm up for the afternoon exercises but it was not fine running or walking..

Urban- normally find urbans well boring but this one was good! lost time with bad route choices though and got caught out by being the wrong side of a wall which was annoying.. basically glad to finish in one piece & even though i am still well unfit i made it round so that was good. managed to come 9th overall i think! also so gutted i didn't win the 1000 euro raffle prize :( :( :(

Sprint 1- got caught out by one control on the other side of a wall & got confused by the labyrinth one. also gaps in the hedges weren't all that obvious. anyway had fun!

Sprint 2- wasn't going too badly, pretty clean but got pretty tired by the end and lost a fair bit of time on the last 3 or 4 controls with bad route choices and hadn't planned ahead & getting distracted

72 lengths of the 50m pool split in two. Lifeguard Paddy told me i was in the half which was 23m.. can't say I noticed the 2m less but anyways
