nice n easy. cut off the loop of 4-8. found the rest of them fine except for leg 2-3 that took the others around 30s, and took me 6mins. its REALLY fun to know that I still can't navigate for shit

POM Day 1- had fun finding controls.. not really in order.. or all of them..
first time orienteering since... october???! so it was a bit like.. what's a compass? where's my dibber? is that a map?
I jooooke, I joke (not really though)
was just testing out the knee in the terrain, played it by ear, tried to stick to easier running routes and walked most downhills

did some s&c (core n that) while the others went for an easy run. slightly apprehensive about how the knee will be in the terrain for the next few days.. but I got ma tape, I got ibuprofen, and I got a roller. that's right. shit is going down
(no, I think I will just take it easy actually, don't want to do anything silly lol)

walked down to the meadows, just ran. think I only had a minute or so of walking. it was raining and it was just so fun. quads and calves and gluts were SO tight though even after rolling, took it onto the grass every so often where it was less muddy. knee. felt. normal. aaaaahacjk;vfoiqjweidoskmkls

also saw Heather today, she absolutely annihilated my left quad. like PAIN oh wow. but she's gonna give me taping tomorrow before portugal whoooop

had fun on the way to the gym as some craazy ass dog came out of nowhere and ran into my bike and I took a pretty fantastic fall. I lived to tell the tale though
quads were really not loving the back squats today though! they almost cramped up afterwards

monday funday! prettty similar route to friday.. nice n sunny whoooopdeedoooo. knee felt decent, may have been due to the ibuprofen, but anyway, watcha gonna do. usual walking downhills and running flat/uphill. think I worked out around 6mins of walking.. so half an hour of running (!?!?!) gonna ice dat shit now.
