went down to BUCS with EUOC to cheer and paint peoples faces and stuff. was fun watching everyone do well!! obv would have liked to be running too... but I think I've probably forgotten how to orienteer so it's probs for the best

running 37:00 [2] 5.0 km (7:24 / km)
shoes: saucony trainers

on blackford.. tried to stick to the flatter paths round the bottom where possible.. walked the downhills but ran the uphills. lovely long stretch of uphill all the way round to the top! was soooo FUN. walked/jogged slowly back down and then ran home as it was uphill mostly. knee didn't really hurt while running at all and was fine when I finished. sitting here typing now though... it hurts. but it's not like I was running the whole time, I would work out how much time I spent walking but looking at my garmin it appears I went a bit lap-crazy and I don't really know whats going on there..

knee was aching last night so iced it as normal. feels pretty alright today. Heather put some tape up the side of my ankle as well to give some 'lift' up from my arch...or something along those lines

running 20:10 [1] 3.55 km (5:41 / km)
shoes: saucony trainers

taped the knee up. walked down to the meadows; 3 x 6mins (1min walk) and then home. tape started to get loose towards the end but it held up and I don't want to get too excited but my knee isn't hurting yet...
rolling & stretching blahblah
