49c shoes: New Balance M860SB4

Oxford City Race. In north Oxford. 49 controls, and fast running all the way around. A couple of mistakes due to not reading the map ahead properly, but got a few great routes in too. I suprisingly long section in the University Parks at the end, suprisingly still tricky and with the soft, grassy surface to contend with. Course straight-line was 6.9km. Warm and sunny day.

New Circuit. Tower Bridge to Blackfriars Bridge and back. Got a stitch for the last third.
