To Highgate (tube). Via Archway and then accidentally up Highgate Hill itself, rather than the more direct (and less steep) A1.

LOK Highgate Wood and Queen's Wood. Mistake at No. 10 and found some of the "white" woodland to have a lot of obstacles in the way, but got round generally quickly. Knees aching a bit after the half-way point but not painfully.
