Orienteering race (JK relays ) 27:53 [3] 3.7 km (7:32 / km) +145m 6:18 / km

Really did not want to do the mass start but I did...
No errors just need to improve my fitness in which I'm doing gradually with more running session.
No errors had a good run and came back 3rd which I was very pleased with.
Didn't find the course very technical, and it felt like a sprint. I zoned out of everyone and just did my own race and I feel although this is why I did so well as I ignored everyone around me. I pushed myself hard throughout the race and kept a good speed.
Over all a good race

Note

Was not happy at all with my relay team at all, needs to be thought through next time to make the relay teams atleast fair, and give me chance to do well as a team. I found the relay teams very unfair and hope these teams will be improved for next relays!

Orienteering race (JK Day-3) 1:03:22 [4] 5.5 km (11:31 / km) +135m 10:16 / km

Control one was fine, control 2 I didn't come too far over and I needed up next to the pond so had to go further over which slowed my time down, didn't hit the control bob on!
Control 4-5 I did have am attack point it was the earth bank and then went in from there, I came to far over once again!
6-7 I don't know what happened there, I think I caught the wrong path and didn't check my map or thumb the Map! Wish a compass bearing was needed here and wish I took one now, but I relocated and got back on the right path, that's when my ankle started hurting, but I just tried to keep running to try and not lose anymore time! However ankle did hurt abit... But after I finally got to 8, I focused again, got back into the zone and no errors from there, the course went well after 8 even though a pain from my ankle which didn't really help

Orienteering race (JK day2) 53:50 [4] 6.2 km (8:41 / km) +170m 7:38 / km

Happy with most of my controls, just need to keep working on my speed.
Didn't really take many bearings which I need to start doing more....
9-10 I took the path because ok thought the route was a faster route and that I could hit the control more accurate, although I gained more climb I thought it was the safer route and didn't know how hard it would be to cross the fences and to go through the green.... I'm happy with the route I chose for that leg anyways, if I went back and ran the course again, I don't think I would of gone the other route. Control 12-13 I didn't see the second path junction so kept running, I realised, I'd ran to far as of the depression I ended up in, I then ram back to the path and then saw the other path junction and then ran into the control. Control 19-20 I took the route I did as I thought it was the best route as the green didn't look very nice and found a route though!
Apart from the error from12-13 I was happy with my race

Orienteering race (JK sprint ) 15:04 [2] 1.7 km (8:52 / km) +15m 8:29 / km

Race went good, no major errors just need to focus more on sprinting... Planned ahead all control so no need for walking, felt good when running, just need to start speeding up now. Happy with my navigation
