Only thing I did today was have a lunch date with my awesome husband. I talked his ear off about the race. I'm one lucky girl to have such a great hubby.

Trek...43 plus miles.. pace at start was fast but I liked it... HR was sick high for the effort for the first 10 hours. Looking back at my logs I need to make sure I get to a race 2 days prior in order to get my heart rate down from the stress of travel....pace probably would of been a bit easier then.
Bike - this is where we struggled with many mistakes....let's just say we climbed more then we should of but that's AR racing....we will learn from this leg of the race.

Easy jog on treadmill to get body moving this a.m.. besides that nothing but working, chilling and packing.

Really easy ride with C. Our jaws got more of a workout. Just trying to shake the legs out a little before the weekend. The deer flies were crazy bad.
