Wunderlich. Old run. 24:53 up, 15:28 down. This was much steeper than I remember. I really struggled with the last third of the climb, heart rate at 183-187 for this section, then averaged 179 on the way down.

I used the heart rate monitor for fun. I was over 180 for a lot of the run, a lot more than I expected for this level of effort. Not sure what to make of that.
