Long course at Bon Tempe. Struggled a lot on the hillside of death early on, losing around 10 minutes combined on numbers 3 and 4. Otherwise a farily good run, probably getting lucky only losing a couple of minutes on 11, which was probably misplaced. Definitely not as fast as I was a couple of months ago.

Blue at Tilden. I had some trouble navigationally early on, but mostly I was having a lot of trouble with my footing on the wet rocks. After a couple of hard falls I thought seriously about quitting, but kept going slowly, just trying to finish. Towards the end I starting picking up the pace and orienteering better, but I'm a little out of shape, and was still hurting so I still wasn't that fast. I think this would have been a fun course without the falling.
