3 loop Motala at Bayfront. I think I had the fastest time on the day by a couple of minutes, but I missed two controls. I missed the go control on the first loop just because it was so close to the finish and I was running with someone else who also missed it. I also missed control 6 on the third loop. I ran right past the feature without recognising it, then overshot by a lot and evetually found control 7. I checked the control code and thought it was fine and just went on to control 8. I'm not sure what my thought process was that I didn't notice I'd missed a control until after I'd finished. Otherwise I lost about a minute on the first control of the fog-O when I thought the finish circle was the start and I tried to navigate to the start triangle from it. I also lost about 30 seconds searching around on the second fog-O control, but everything else was pretty clean.

At the track. I did a one lap warmup, then a 400m time trial, rested for 5 minutes, then 4x840m with 3 minutes rest. The time trial took a lot out of me so I was really struggling for the rest of the session.

1:02.49, 3:07, 3:06, 3:02, 3:03.

I fumbled around with my watch at the end of the time trial so I think my time was more like 61 seconds. I'll have to try to break 60s next time.
