Trying out Misha's bike for the first time. It took a long time to figure out the gears. I tried to go up Page Mill to Skyline, but about 3/4 of the way up I started to feel a little sick, and since I had no water I decided to go back down.

At the track. I got kicked off. Apparently the track closes at 9. Maybe a good thing, since I was probably running faster than I should have been. I'm surprised how easy this pace felt. I'd almost forgotten how much I love running.

Blue at Shell Ridge.I'm definitely in much worse shape than even 3 weeks ago. I didn't make any major mistakes, but I wasn't running fast, and didn't make quick or good decisions on the micro-route choices.
