Orienteering race (Shorne and Darnley Estate) 1:23:56 [4] *** 13.7 km (6:08 / km) +315m 5:30 / km
ahr:166 max:181 spiked:16/27c shoes: Inov8 ROCLITE 315

DFOK Level B at Shorne and Darnley Estate. I saved my worst run for the best weather. I was being a prat as on numerous occasions I chose the wrong route choice or not be able to follow it altogether.

Running race 19:03 [5] 4.99 km (3:49 / km) +44m 3:39 / km

Shorne Parkrun. Flat course but muddy and tight bends meant it was really slow. Happy to get my first 1st finisher though.

SONIC/KNC at Tilgate Country Park/Golf course/Streets. No strange format. Hardly any errors.

Running race 18:40 [5] 4.98 km (3:45 / km) +70m 3:30 / km
ahr:180 max:185 shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 9

Maistone Parkrun. Alright first half but my legs kind of gave up on the second half. Still tired from Sunday as I didn't stretch off. A bit muddy and I didn't know the route
11 AM

Orienteering race (Mote Park) 43:53 [4] ** 7.67 km (5:43 / km) +131m 5:16 / km
ahr:171 max:186 spiked:17/18c shoes: INTERGRATOR

New Years Day Score at Mote Park but it was tipping it down as it has been doing for ages. Don't know why anybody turned up. It was rubbish. 2 controls in the wrong place, another missing. My legs were shattered. Bonus quiz in the torrential rain was a waste of time.
