RtC Forvie. Meant to be doing the brown but MArk, Andrew and I entered a EUOC team in the relay that was part of the SHI competition. I was 2nd leg and was on my own for almost the whole way round. Knackered from yesterday slow just kept it steady with only a 30s mistake, if that. Course length: 7.4km

RtC at Balmoral Estate. Didn't realise that this was a WRE and I was racing against internationals. Whenever I consequently saw someone they distracted me and I then got lost. This happened a lot. Course length: 14.3km

Race the Castles: Stirling. Didn't stretch after yesterday and I payed the price on the hill 2/3 round and then was cramping up afterwards. This was after I got confused with layers in he castle but not as much as others. Some silly route choices but i just with i could have pushed harder. Course length: 7.5km

Race with the castle: warm up event at The Exchange. very tricky little area and should have taken it slower than i did although almost everyone mucked up 3. Course length: 2.1km
