Cycling hills (Ladeddie hills) 1:48:34 [5] 44.23 km (2:27 / km) +401m 2:21 / km

Circuits down at Ladeddie, 2* anticlockwise for the steep hills and then 2* clockwise for the longer drags. Bit chilly making me throat sore and so windy I literally stopped whilst descending and hit 28mph uphill (think I smashed that segment ngl)
