Beaut run w Saz with a lap around the tarn, weather was perf and the sun came out on command although the 200m climb at a the beginning was pretty damning on my part (punny) and was grateful for the gates

soooo slow and scrappy, calves seized up straight away. Saw Derek a fair few times and Bilbo flew past me at no.11… started fine, however I refused to go to the knoll at 6, going to 13 just sort of lost the plot and decided that I would not be crossing the wall under any circumstances, then veered off towards the road on 17… calling it 'stubborn o' and not very impressive at all
