Trap Lane & PV. As an experiment I took J's Garmin (with a functioning HRM) and tried to keep the HR below what I've guessed my aerobic limit is (127). Interesting - after the first couple of k I had to walk up nearly every hill to stay below 127, but also need to push a bit on the downhills.
