Barber booth - Jacobs ladder - downfall - crowden tower - barber booth, with pack. Busy on the edges. The plateau was much quieter. Lovely day for it. Bit slower today, trying not to wipe out the first half of the week.

shoes: Falcons 2018

Terrain intervals on WyBD moor 7x3min. Felt awful for the first 10mins to warm up. Ended up doing 5 on the moor, 1 downhill single track path and 1 hill. Found a bit with heather, tussocks, bracken and some bonus marsh. Pace at 7’30 to 8.
