Fingers firmly crossed and down to the gym. 20mins of bike and 10mins of cross trainer - pushing it a bit. Plus a load of squats. Hope is that the knee will think this is ok - if it doesn't I'm going to have to stop eating as am putting on weight at an alarming rate.

Note

As part of knee recovery plan I’m going to log walking over 1k for a while.
