BNC Methyr Mawr. Tried the hard direct route to #3 and missed it, got confused to #15 and went too far north. Otherwise mainly ok. Got a surprisingly good split to #1, achieved by standing still on the start line for a long time, not going to the start kite and generally taking the safest rc. Felt wrong at the time.

Rivelin, mixed terrain intervals, 10x1’40. At what turned out to be 7-8 min/k depending on how deep the heather/brambles were. Blimey, hard work.
