Rest day. Legs feeling trashed - I blame the long drive.

Glen feardar West. Best run of the week. Worst splits were on the short simple legs towards the end, where I just couldn't turn over any faster. Legs actually felt ok when I'd finished, although the drive back in one hit didn't help them much.

Glen fearder east. Better. Couple of minutes lost at #5, plan was ok but a bit careless. Legs feeling it, but ok.

Creag Choinnich, stupid #2. Up and down the slope finding everybody else's controls. Lost the will a bit after that.

Balfour. More runnable and lots of downhill. Messed up #5 going into the bracken with many parallel spurs and reentrants. Tried a bit harder than yesterday.
