Warm up in the middle of the 3k to the start. Perfectly timed - was 2 mins late to call-up.

JK long. Cleanish again. Pretty tired, gel and water at map exchange. First half map was dodgy on contours, vegetation and paths and I probably took some sub-optimal route choices as a result - I think round was better than through on a number of legs. Saw four fast moving deer crossing just in front of me - they had all picked an unmarked path and they weren't the only ones. Second half map was good enough. Just not enough speed to trouble the scorers.

Jk middle. Pleased with this - cleanish by recent standards, but with a few moody route choices. However, as most of the course was TD3 this is probably not a huge achievement.
