Bigland. Gave in at #11. Fairly clean but lack of oomph and not enjoying the slog over the fields. Lost the internal battle, but OK with that - legs were blown. This is not surprising looking back at the lack of training over the last two months.

Randomise PV. 2.5k slow up to Forge Dam, at 7min/k pace. Then faster back down 2.5k at 6min/k pace. Found this pretty hard but felt good to be moving a bit faster. On my current weight, it felt like I had significant momentum on the downhill.
